Mariners Bay offers a select number of waterfront retail spaces.  Each space is appointed with large southern facing windows that allow the natural light to flow in.  The spaces are carpeted in neutral carpeting and have all the necessary phone & electrical outlets.  Certain zoning restrictions apply.*

Pursuant to county regulation 22.46.1390. This commercial space is zoned for visitor serving/convenience commercial operations. Permitted uses are as follows: Aquariums, arcades, art galleries, automobile rental/leasing agencies, bait and tackle sales & rental, bicycle & motor scooter rentals, boat chartering, boat rental, comfort stations, gift shops, museums, skate sales & rentals, antique shops, bicycle shop, bookstore, ceramic shop, child care center, clothing store, community center, confectionery/candy store, dress shop, florist shop, hobby supply store, jewelry store, leather goods store, locksmith shop, market, medical clinic, music store, newsstand, notion or novelty store, pharmacy, photographic equipment & supply store, photography studio, real estate office, retail store, shoe store, silver shop, sporting goods store, stationery store, tailor shop, tobacco shop, toy store, as well as a yarn & yardage store.
